PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus capable of intermittently transmitting image information to reduce influence of noise due to high-frequency apparatuses.SOLUTION: An endoscope apparatus includes a reception unit to receive information showing a period of high frequency output from a high-frequency apparatus, a compression unit to compress an image captured by an imaging unit of an endoscope to output the compressed image, a radio transmission unit to transmit wirelessly the captured image from the compression unit, and a control unit to control the compression unit to raise a compressibility in the period of high frequency output higher than that in the other period and the radio transmission unit to transmit the image intermittently in the period of the high frequency output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
