The purpose is to provide: an antivibration electromagnetic actuator having a novel structure in which the intended output can be obtained in a stable manner, and operational stability, durability, and the like can be improved using a simple structure; a method for manufacturing the antivibration electromagnetic actuator; and an active fluid-sealed antivibration device and active vibration control device having a novel structure and formed using the above antivibration electromagnetic actuator. An antivibration electromagnetic actuator (10) having a structure in which a cylindrical stator (68) and a mover (70) inserted into the stator (68) so as to allow relative displacement in the axial direction are elastically linked to each other by a supporting rubber elastic body (30), wherein the housing (86) is provided with a cylindrical peripheral wall part (88), the stator (68) is disposed on the inner periphery of the peripheral wall part (88), a gap (118) is provided between the peripheral wall part (88) and the stator (68) in the direction perpendicular to the axis, and the stator (68) is attached to the housing (86) while aligned with the mover (70) by relative displacement with respect to the housing (86) in the direction perpendicular to the axis.
