A method for manufacturing a colour light filter, a colour light filter and a display device containing same, which are used for solving the problems in the prior art that a colour light filter causes uneven edge brightness and colour of a liquid crystal display module and is relatively poor in contrast. The method for manufacturing a colour light filter comprises: forming a black matrix (22) on a transparent substrate (21); forming a photosensitive photoresist layer (33) on the transparent substrate (21) with the black matrix (22); arranging a light reflection plate (34) capable of reflecting light on one side, where the black matrix (22) is formed, of the transparent substrate (21) to be exposed; arranging a mask plate (32) on one side, without the black matrix, of the transparent substrate (21) to be exposed; and exposing from the side, without the black matrix, of the transparent substrate.
