Provided is an oily cosmetic which can easily be removed using hot water and has excellent water resistance. This oily cosmetic is characterised by including (a)-(c). (a) 1-25 mass% of a block-type alkylene oxide derivative represented by formula (I) (b) 1-15 mass% of a siliconised pullulan and/or a trimethylsiloxy silicate (c) 10 mass% or less of water R1O-[(EO)p(PO)q(EO)r]-R2 (I) (in the formula, EO represents an oxyethylene group, PO represents an oxypropylene group, p, q, and r are average numbers of moles added, p ≥ 1, r ≥ 1, 10 ≤ p + r ≤ 70, and 10 ≤ q ≤ 60. R1 and R2 may be the same or different and represent a hydrogen atom or a C1-3 hydrocarbon group.) |
