The present invention relates to a backflow prevention valve for a cell smearing apparatus, and more specifically, to a cell smearing apparatus capable of automatically performing a solution-and-cell separation work and a slide smearing work and improving the accuracy of an inspection by comprising a valve body as a backflow prevention unit laterally moving to prevent a backflow of a solution during solution suction and discharge work and remarkably reducing an error in slide smearing. A backflow prevention valve according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a block; a DC motor formed in one side of the block; a cam plate coupled with the DC motor and reciprocally moving in the lateral direction by the rotation of the DC motor, wherein the moving directions of an upper part and a lower part are different by fixating the center thereof; a joint cap coupled with the lower part of the cam plate to move in the lateral direction by the movement of the lower part of the cam plate; and a cylindrical valve body coupled with both sides of the joint cap, forming a space in the center by making the center narrow, moving in the lateral direction by the movement of the joint cap to prevent a backflow of the solution by controlling opening and closing of a plurality of through holes formed in the block. The plurality of through holes includes: a first through hole to which a hose connected to a membrane filter container; a second through hole to which a hose connected to a cylinder, wherein the hose is a cylinder hose; and a third through hole to which a hose connected to an outlet is attached. |
