The present invention relates to a tour guide system comprising: a user terminal having a tour application installed therein; multiple local servers connected to the tour application and handling items requested by the user terminal; a matching server for managing the multiple local servers and receiving information on a user who has installed the tour application and information on a sim card inserted into the user terminal to match the user terminal to a local server corresponding to the user terminal; and a provider terminal connected to the local server and having a service-providing application installed therein. The local servers include a language translation part for translating information requested by the tour application into a native language and translating information to be transmitted to the tour application from the local servers or the service-providing application into a language set by the tour application. Accordingly, a user visiting on an overseas trip or to reside abroad can solve the problems in languages, transportation, safety and convenience anywhere in the world, and detailed services such as a call taxi service, a parcel service, a delivery service and interpretation can be integrally provided via the tour application installed in a terminal. |
