The present invention relates to an investment system for intellectual property rights. More specifically, as the constitutional features, the system comprises: a registration module which receives IP information and necessary funds information, which are the investment target, from an IP holder and registers the IP as the investment target; an investment guarantee module which determines a first investor, evaluates mortgage value of the registered IP, and sets up guaranteed money for the IP; a public participation design module which sets up the public participation condition including a targeted return rate designed for the IP; and a standard investment module which sells the right to return on investment redemption for the IP by inviting public participation according to the public participation conditions set up for the second investors, and attracts investment according to the necessary funds information. According to the investment system for intellectual property rights suggested in the present invention, by registering the IP as the investment target, evaluating the mortgage value of the IP by a first investor, and attracting a guaranteed investment which sets up guaranteed money and inviting a public participation to support a standard investment which attracts the investment of second investors, it is possible to invest the value of IP, improve the risk and profitability of IP investment through a guaranteed investment, a standard investment and a two-step investment method. Further, the value of IP can be determined by the principles of a market. |
