摘要 A vision inspecting apparatus comprises: an image photographing unit which photographs a plurality of reference gradation images corresponding to a plurality of reference gradations displayed on a display device; a first brightness profile generating unit which generates a first brightness profile corresponding to each reference gradation; a gamma compensating unit which calculates a gamma compensating value of the display device by using a plurality of first brightness profiles corresponding to the plurality of reference gradations; a second brightness profile generating unit which generates a second brightness profile of the reference gradations by applying the gamma compensating value to the first brightness profile of the reference gradations; and a stain compensating unit which calculates a plurality of stain compensating values corresponding to the reference gradations by using the second brightness profile and a goal brightness profile. The present invention is able to process a gamma compensation for compensating a gamma shift generated by a manufacturing process of the display device and a stain compensation for compensating a stain by using the plurality of reference gradation images which are photographed at once. Thus, the present invention is able to simplify the gamma and stain compensating process of the display device.
