PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heat treatment equipment which can perform heat treatment of a sheet-like base material at a small dimensional change ratio without generation of a wrinkle and a method for manufacturing the sheet-like base material.SOLUTION: Heat treatment equipment for performing heat treatment of a long-sheet like work-piece 10 comprises a first adsorption roll 20 which adsorbs and supplies the work-piece before heat treatment, a second adsorption roll 21 which adsorbs and exports the work-piece after heat treatment, an air turn bar 40 which discharges air onto the work-piece between the first adsorption roll and the second adsorption roll to float the work-piece and transports the work-piece in a non-contact manner, heating means 30 for heating the work-piece transported by the air turn bar, and meander reduction means 90 which transports the work-piece while reducing meander of the work-piece until the work-piece reaches the second adsorption roll. |
