Method and device for cooling food machines

The machine (1) is provided with a machine housing (10), a cooling system to cool the machine housing interior (16). The cooling system is designed in such a manner that the ambient air is not contaminated by the coolant. The cooling system is provided with an air inlet (2), an air outlet (4) and a fan device (3) for generating a cooling air flow. An independent claim is also included for a method for cooling a machine for manufacturing or processing of food.
