摘要 The present invention relates to a method and a system for selecting the site of a floating matter-blocking facility using three-dimensional numerical analysis, wherein the appropriate site of a floating matter-blocking facility can be selected in consideration of the various water levels of rivers and lakes and the behavioral characteristics of floating matters for each inflow condition using a three-dimensional numerical model. The method for selecting the site of a floating matter-blocking facility using three-dimensional numerical analysis according to the present invention comprises the steps of: measuring information on the behavioral characteristics of floating matters including information on a surface velocity field, thermal stratification, turbid water distribution and density current plunging points in waters where a floating matter-blocking facility is to be installed; and selecting points with a low surface velocity and direct upstream points of density current plunging in the corresponding waters by analyzing the measured information on the behavioral characteristics of floating matters, and selecting a region that does not dry in a dry season as the site of a floating matter-blocking facility among the same. Therefore, time for collecting floating matters can be reduced and a budget can be reduced by preventing damage to and moving and installing of a floating matter-blocking facility as the floating matter-blocking facility is installed on an accurately estimated position.
