Disclosed are a multipurpose environmental control type smart cultivation device and a cash crop transaction system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the multipurpose environmental control type smart cultivation device comprises: a multi-layer cultivation frame in which one ore more cultivation cells, in which a cash crop can be cultivated in one layer, are divided from each other while being sealed; and a controlling portion for individually controlling internal environment of the plurality of cultivation cells according to current internal environmental information of the cultivation cell. The cultivation cell includes: a sensing unit for transmitting one or more of environmental information to the controlling portion by obtaining the one or more of environmental information of internal temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, a fine dust concentration, a carbon dioxide concentration, and an oxygen concentration of the cultivation cell; a camera for transmitting an internal image of the cultivation cell to the controlling portion by photographing the internal image of the cultivation cell; a ventilation unit for changing fine dust concentration, carbon dioxide concentration, oxygen concentration, or atmospheric pressure by adjusting outflow of internal air and inflow of external air according to individual control of the controlling portion; and a water for use nozzle, a warm air nozzle, and a cold air nozzle connected to a water for use supply unit, a heater, and a cooler, respectively, to change a temperature and humidity by adjusting supply amounts of water for use, warm air, and cold air according to the individual control of the controlling portion. |
