The present invention relates to a new pharmaceutical composition for viral immunotherapy, and in particular, a pharmaceutical composition for viral immunotherapy for persistent hepatitis B infection. The present pharmaceutical composition consists of an antiviral agent, an immunomodulatory agent and a recombinant hepatitis B vaccine, and is used for treating hepatitis B, in particular chronic hepatitis B.
