The present invention relates to a sluice valve protective container capable of easily adjusting a gradient. More specifically, a protective container part, which protects a sluice valve on the inside, and on which an entrance extended from an upper part to the sluice valve is formed, includes: a protective container main body whose upper outer surface is an arc rotary body structure; a gradient adjusting container whose lower inner surface is an arc rotary body structure corresponding to the upper outer surface of the protective container main body, wherein a central angle of the arc rotary body structure is smaller than that of the arc rotary body structure of the protective container main body; and a vertical container which is an elongated container structure smaller than the bottom of the protective container main body. In regards to this, the protective container main body has a main body supporting plate which is a plate structure that blocks the bottom, wherein an aperture for adjusting height, through which the vertical container passes, is formed on the center; and a fixing unit for fixing a gradient of the gradient adjusting container, which can freely be adjusted within a difference of the central angles of two rotary bodies by contacting the gradient adjusting container with the protective container main body. Accordingly, the sluice valve protective container adjusts the length of an upper part of the vertical container passing through the aperture of the main body supporting plate, simply forms a gradient suitable for the ground using the gradient adjusting container, and fixes the gradient using the fixing unit. |
