The photographing apparatus includes a photographing part which photographs a moving picture, a detection part which detects the vibration of the photographing device in photographing the moving picture, an image process part which corrects a photographed frame, and a control part which determines a process mode for photographing the moving picture based on at least one of the vibration information of a photographing device detected by the detection part and the movement forecasting information of the photographed moving picture, and controls an image process part to process the moving picture with a determined process mode. So, power consumption can be reduced.
