The control cut-off (2) and venturi-nozzle (3) of predetermined venturi length are incorporated in the tank filling pipe. The one is connected to the other via a control conduit (4) which issues in the region of the narrowest restriction in the nozzle. The venturi-nozzle is made of an elastic material which permits continuous deformation, and its profile, at least in the region of the narrowest cross-section, is alterable using an adjustment device (6). This device comprises flange rings rotatable counter to each other, and with a seal between them, the one ring being connected to the filling pipe, and the other with the venturi-nozzle. USE - To regulate the pressure at the end of a fuel tank filling pipe for aircraft.
