The present invention relates to a method for controlling a welding calibration device, which enables more accurate operation of a welding machine by recognizing an actual output range of the welding machine and a range of control signal values corresponding to the actual output range, and outputting trends and data of actual output in accordance with inputted control signal values. The method for controlling a welding calibration device comprising a control part that controls a welding machine, and measures output of the welding machine, comprises: a step of inputting a user for receiving at least one among a specification of the welding machine, a usable welding range for inputting a range of minimum output and maximum output of the welding machine, a usable welding method, and a type and a range of control signals of the welding machine from an input part; a step of checking a welding control signal range for checking a maximum control signal and a minimum control signal of the control part for outputting a maximum value and a minimum value of a usable output range of the welding machine inputted in the step of inputting a user; and a step of extracting welding machine control data for extracting actual output data with respect to a control signal value inputted by measuring and calculating a trend line and a dispersion degree of actual output of the welding machine with respect to a control signal value outputted from the control part by driving the welding machine as a control signal range checked in the step of checking a welding control signal range. |
