<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate a secondary business form in the same business form style with that of a primary business form according to predetermined conditions every time an original business form is registered as the primary business form. <P>SOLUTION: A client PC 31 transmits to a business form server 1 a requirement of generating a computer-aided name identification business form according to conditions input with respect to a displayed electronic business form (steps S100 to S116). The business form server 1 generates the computer-aided name identification business form based on the transmitted conditions, which is displayed in the client PC (steps S118 to S126), stores the conditions in the business form server 1 itself (steps S128 to S152), and then automatically generates the computer-aided business form by the conditions stored in itself when the electronic business form of a new generation is registered in the business form server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
