<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case for housing an information recording medium which is excellent in the balance of rigidity and impact resistance regardless of a thin structure, hardly warped, and does not contaminate the housed information recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: The case for housing the information recording medium comprises a pair of cover members. The cover member has a <1.2 mm thickness and is obtained by molding a propylene-ethylene block copolymer (A). The propylene-ethylene block copolymer (A) comprises a polypropylene polymer component (A1) and 1-30 wt.% of an ethylene-propylene copolymer component (A2) and has 0.5-20 wt.% total ethylene content, 50-150 g/10 minutes Melt Flow Rate (when measured at 230°C at 2.16 kg load), and ≥750 MPa flexural modulus (when measured according to JIS K7171). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
