The present invention relates to a structure and method for coupling a sewer member to water supply and drain pipes. The sewer member made of cast iron and the water supply and drain pipes made of cast steel material are coupled in a sealed manner. The coupling structure of the sewer member and the water supply and drain pipes has multiple pockets (23) formed on the inner peripheral surface of the sewer member (20) having a finished protrusion (22) formed on the lower end in the circumferential direction at predetermined intervals. Each of the pockets (23) has a part of a fitting block made of cast steel inserted therein. The remaining part of the fitting block (30) protruding from the pocket (23) is welded to the outer peripheral surface of the water supply and drain pipes (10) inserted into the sewer member (20). A filler agent (40) fills the gap (15) between the water supply and drain pipes (10) fitted to the sewer member (20) and the sewer member (20).
