The present invention relates to a lighting device for a three-dimensional light emitting device sign board, which is capable of expressing a distinct three-dimensional effect, effectively radiating heat generated from an LED and reducing a weight thereof. A lighting device, which is installed in front of a flat sign board body to emit three-dimensionally light, includes a rear surface light emitting unit installed to a surface facing the sign board body, and having a substrate installing groove in which an LED substrate is installed; the LED substrate inserted into the substrate installing groove and provided with a plurality of LEDs; and a front light emitting unit installed on a front surface of the LED substrate to transmit forward light emitted from the LEDs. |
