The present invention relates to a puffing device capable of making a snack by heating and pressing grains. According to the present invention, the puffing device comprises: a grain inlet unit; a rotating member installed in the lower portion of the grain inlet unit to move grains inserted into the grain inlet unit in a state of a high temperature and a high pressure; a power transmission member providing power to rotate the rotating member; a path converting member installed in the front end of the rotating member to change a moving path of the grains transferred through the rotating member; and a puncher installed in the path converting member to cut the grains in a state of a high temperature while reciprocating inside the path converting member.
