The present invention relates to a method for evaluating harm with respect to Norovirus. The method comprises the steps of: measuring an initial contamination rate by analyzing contamination level data with respect to an object food; estimating a quantity of Norovirus exposed by the object food through statistical data with respect to consumption quantity per once of a consumer; generating a harm evaluation model showing an initial contamination rate and an infection probability distribution according to the estimated quantity of Norovirus by using a capacity-reaction model showing a human body reaction according to a capacity; and estimating an infection probability with respect to Norovirus via food consumption by considering disease incidence in the harm evaluation model. Accordingly, a quantitative infection probability which is an important index for explaining food intoxication caused by Norovirus via raw oyster consumption may be presented. |
