A rear reinforcement unit of a wheel house for a vehicle is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the rear reinforcement unit of a wheel house for a vehicle is formed on an extension lower dash panel of the rear of a wheel house in response to the wheel house. Moreover, the rear reinforcement unit of a wheel house for a vehicle comprises: a base panel forming a space portion between the extension lower dash panel and the base panel by being in contact with a front surface of the extension lower dash panel; and a shock absorbing body fixated to the inside of the base panel.
