The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a guided bone regeneration block to precisely fill a space between a lifted maxillary sinus membrane and an alveolar bone when performing a bone implant. The method for manufacturing the guided bone regeneration block includes: a first step in which a three-dimensional integrated image is obtained by matching a CT photographed image and a scanned oral image which are obtained with respect to the inside of an oral cavity of a patient; a second step in which a virtual maxillary sinus membrane having a preset thickness is indicated along the inner surface of an alveolar bone indicated at the three-dimensional integrated image, the lifting height of the virtual maxillary sinus membrane is calculated according to a thickness of the alveolar bone of a part corresponding to an implanting position of an implant, and a position of an implant opening is set in response to the calculated lifting height; a third step in which the indicated virtual maxillary sinus membrane is virtually lifted according to the lifting height and the position of the implant opening, and a space between the virtually lifted virtual maxillary sinus membrane and the inner surface of the alveolar bone is set as an implant space; and a fourth step in which the guided bone regeneration block is manufactured corresponding to the set implant space. |
