<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selective suspension culture method of adhesive-type cells from highly culturable (proliferative) blood-derived mononuclear cells by controlling an adhesion between the surface of a cell culture substrate and the blood-derived mononuclear cells. <P>SOLUTION: In the culture method of adherent cells, the adherent cells in a blood-derived mononuclear cell population are selectively suspension-proliferated on the cell culture substrate containing a copolymer (A) of methoxy ethyl acrylate (a) and dimethyl acrylamide (b), and one or more inorganic materials (B) selected from water-swellable clay mineral and silica. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
