Communication network with a plurality of nodes installed on mobile machines and corresponding process

The communication network has multiple nodes (1,4) equipped with transceiver units (5,9) for conduction-free communication. Nodes marked as mobile nodes are installed on mobile machines (2a,2b,3a,3b,3c) underneath transceiver units. A memory is assigned to each node for operating-parameter-profiles of multiple mobile machines. Each node is furnished to emanate profiles stored in the memory over its transceiver unit and to actualize the profile of the machine stored in the memory. An independent claim is also included for a method for the operation of a communication network.
