The present invention relates to a cutting fluid recycling system, which can reduce maintenance and repair costs and can treat a large amount of water. According to the present invention, provided is a cutting fluid recycling system, comprising: a cutting fluid supply unit which supplies a cutting fluid used in a machining process; a cutting fluid storage tank which receives the cutting fluid from the cutting fluid supply unit, stores the cutting fluid, and separates impurities having a specific gravity different from that of the cutting fluid; a sludge separation unit which receives only the cutting fluid from the cutting fluid storage tank, and separates sludge, such as fine metal or non-metal particles included in the cutting fluid via centrifugation and oil-water separation; a sterilization and purification unit which sterilizes and purifies the cutting fluid from which the sludge has been separated by the sludge separation unit; a filtering unit which removes fine impurities of the cutting fluid which has been purified by the sterilization and purification unit; a cutting fluid circulation unit which resupplies the filtered cutting fluid to a machine, or re-circulates the filtered cutting oil to the sludge separation unit; and a control unit which controls the amount of cutting fluid to be supplied and the sludge separation unit, and examines a state of the filtered cutting fluid, checks whether to recycle the filtered cutting fluid, and controls the cutting fluid circulation unit based on a result of the checking. |
