The present invention provides a kick down switch (1) which is configured with a kick down housing (30) provided with assembly hooks (37) inserted into left and right hook holes (120-1) perforated on a pedal arm (120) and forming a housing space (31) by folding a left side housing body and a right side housing body via a folding string (30-3); a kick down lever moving along a tilted effort wall (33) formed on an upper surface of the housing space (31) and being pushed along a guide slot perforated on a side surface of the housing space (31) by repulsive force generated due to a contact to a pedal bracket; and a spring (20) elastically supporting the kick down lever (10) within the housing space (31), thereby reducing the number of parts thereof to enhance cost competitiveness, and which is particularly configured of the kick down housing (30) having the left side housing body (30-1) and the right side housing body (30-2) connected to each other via the folding string (30-3), thereby assuring manufacturing and assembling easiness.
