Disclosed is a system for managing a lending transaction to manage the shares of customers who have joined a rental pool for the lending transaction. The system for managing the lending transaction includes: a rental management unit; and a first rental reallocation unit. The rental management unit manages a rental balance rented to a borrower from multiple rental accounts for each item. The first rental reallocation unit reallocates the rental balance of some among the rental accounts having a right generation rental item to at least one among the rest of the rental accounts.
