The present invention relates to a terminal. The terminal includes a touch screen, a motion sensor, a distance sensor, and a control unit. The control unit calculates an actual motion trajectory based on a motion of the terminal detected from the motion sensor and a distance with a front object measured from the distance sensor when a certain motion is performed by a user, and displays a standard trajectory on a first area of the touch screen along with the actual motion trajectory. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the terminal maximizes exercise of the user and contributes to a well-proportioned figure of the user. |
