The purpose of the present invention is to enhance the recovery rate of purified water by increasing the feed rate of raw water with respect to a reverse osmosis membrane sheet. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a side flow-type reverse osmosis membrane filter which comprises: a filter housing having a raw water port, a purified water port and a concentrated water port which are formed on one side; an RO filter which is accommodated in the filter housing, purifies raw water supplied through the raw water port, discharges purified water toward the center, and discharges filtered concentrated water outwards; a central tube which has opened upper and lower ends, is arranged in the center of the RO filter, and collects the water purified by the RO filter to the inner part of the central tube through penetrating holes formed radially; a raw water flow pipe which is formed to be separated from the inner side of the central tube, and has opened upper and lower ends and a raw water flow passage formed in the center of the raw water flow pipe, wherein a purified water flow passage is formed between the raw water flow pipe and the central tube; and a raw water distributor mounted on the upper ends of the raw water flow pipe and the central tube. The raw water distributor supplies a part of the raw water supplied through the raw water port to the upper end of the RO filter, supplies a part of the raw water supplied through the raw water port to the raw water flow pipe in order to supply a part of the raw water to the lower end of the RO filter, and supplies the purified water collected into the purified water flow passage to the purified water port.
