PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying device and the like easily capable of in-line carrying an object.SOLUTION: A carrying device 13 comprises a carrying mechanism 22 including an arm which moves in a carrying direction A to carry a carrying tray 2 from a start position P to an end position S. The arm is provided with an adsorption part adsorbed by the front end of the carrying tray 2 and a contact part to contact with the back end of the carrying tray 2 facing back and front. A control part 14 makes the carrying tray 2 adsorbed by the adsorption part carried to a stop position Q from the start position P. The control part 14 separates the arm from the carrying tray 2, makes a lifting mechanism 25 evacuate the carrying tray 2 to an evacuation position R, makes the arm move backward, and makes the carrying tray 2 return to the stop position Q. The control part 14 makes the contact part contact with the carrying tray 2 to carry from the stop position Q to the end position S. |
