Pneumatic clutch with enhanced compression damping space is designed for permanent flexible transfer of load torque with damping of torsion oscillations and torsion shock of the drive and driven machine. Load torque of drive body (1) to driven clutch body (2) is transmitted by compression space filled by gas medium and created by a flexible and solid units. Flexible units consist of one pair of two axially opposite each other the pneumatic-elastic elements (3), the inner leg of the body (5) and the valve (7). Solid units (9) are inflexible pneumatic chamber of the compression space of the clutch. By virtue of the harmonics load torque oscillation of the clutch occurs, which results to the gas flow through interconnecting opening (6) and at same time gas flow through throttling openings (10). The throttling of the flow is accompanying by damping performance of the clutch. |
