The present invention relates to a reverse electrodialysis power generating method for obtaining energy by using an ion movement between sea water and fresh water by individually arranging at least one anion exchange membrane and at least one cation exchange membrane, and supplying the sea water and the fresh water between the anion exchange membrane and the cation exchange membrane. The reverse electrodialysis power generating method uses an ion transfer catalyst included in the sea water to move an ion in the sea water to the anion exchange membrane and the cation exchange membrane.
