The present invention relates to a multifunctional exercise machine and, specifically, to a multifunctional exercise machine capable of allowing a user to safely do several modified types of exercise through a single machine. The present invention is directed to a multifunctional exercise machine, which is prepared to give safety to a user and allow a user to do several modified types of exercise through a single machine, comprises: a plate type body (A) having a space therein; fixing bars (100) which are upwardly fixed and installed on both sides of the body (A); rotating elements which are upwardly installed on both sides of the body (A) to be able to rotate; a handle part (200) connected to one side of the rotating elements to be able to rotate in a front-back direction; and a foothold part, which is prepared on an upper surface of the body (A), and connected to the other side of the rotating element to be able to rotate. As for the multifunctional exercise machine according to the present invention, the rotating element is composed of a plurality of links, and interlink between the handle part and the foothold part, and thus a user can do exercise by rotating only the handle part, which is relatively shorter than the rotating element, instead of the entire portion of the rotating element, thereby offering a sense of stability. In addition, the respective links constituting the rotating element are coupled with the handle part or a side surface of the the fixing bar to be able to rotate, and thus the rotating element can stably transmit driving power from the handle part (200) to the foothold part, and can transform the driving power so as to do several modified types of exercise. |
