<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless parameter control system, a wireless parameter control device, a wireless base station, a wireless parameter control method, and a program which can control a wireless parameter of a wireless cell by optimizing the wireless parameter. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless parameter control system which controls a wireless parameter of a wireless cell by using measurement information measured by a wireless terminal, comprises: evaluation target wireless terminal selection means which, in assuming that the wireless parameter of a control target wireless cell is changed, predicts a connection destination change wireless terminal of which connection destination wireless cell having been the control target wireless cell becomes a wireless cell other than the control target wireless cell, and selects at least one or more connection destination change wireless terminals as evaluation target wireless terminals for evaluating the wireless parameter of the control target wireless cell; and wireless parameter control means which determines the wireless parameter of the control target wireless cell in consideration of the evaluation target wireless terminals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
