The present invention relates to a cosmetic brush capable of directly transferring various patterns. According to the present invention, the cosmetic brush comprises: a handle main body (10) on which a pattern is directly printed through water transfer; a spherical tube (20) on which a pattern is directly printed through water transfer and which has a handle coupler (21) provided at one side and a brush fixer (22) provided at the other side, wherein the handle main body (10) is inserted into and coupled with the handle coupler (21) and a brush is inserted into and fixed to the brush fixer (22); and a brush (30) inserted into and fixed to a brush coupler of the spherical tube (20), wherein the brush (30) puts a cosmetic material thereon to coat the cosmetic material on the skin.
