OVERHEAD INSTALLATION DEVICE OF CRT

PURPOSE: To easily adjust a CRT display in many observation positions by providing the position of adjusted supporting members where one can be attached to the other in a freely sliding manner with a binding member that fixes the supporting member and the device. CONSTITUTION: Inner tube member 34 which freely slides and has a flange part 24 at one end is inserted into a tube member 32. The member 32 includes on one side a longitudinal groove 36 that has several holes 38. A locking knob 30 which has a screw edge is inserted through one of holes 38 and screws into a screw hole of the member 34 so that it may lock the member 34 at an adjusted position. The flange part 24 has several curved grooves 52 and when the member 34 is fixed to a supporting plane, it can rotate. Yoke assembly 26 locks a display unit 28 with adjusting knobs 70 at the position with the unit 28 rotated centering on a screw hole 64. Thereby, the display can be hung from the ceiling so as to adjust observation position of the display.
