The sensor (1) has an evaluation circuit (8) with a clock i.e. system clock, for presetting reference times, where the clock generates periodic sequence of pulses and reference times that are multiples of a period of the clock. A charging process of a capacitive element i.e. capacitor, is executed for a reference time, which is smaller than running time of a master clock. Another charging process of the capacitive element is executed for another reference time, which is larger than the running time of the master clock by actuation of a switching equipment. |
