Disclosed is a computer readable medium for operating a financial asset performed by a financial server. The computer readable medium may include: an action of storing commands which command a computer to perform following actions, wherein the actions make a remittance of an underlying asset for a trust from a first generation customer to a trust account of the first generation customer; an action of remitting at least a part of the underlying asset at an interval as a unit during which a tax saving gift is available within an amount limit under which the tax saving gift is available based on the remitted underlying asset to a preestablished trust account held under the name of at least one among the lineal descendant customers of the first generation customer; and an action of evenly dividing the balance of the underlying asset and remitting the divided balance to the preestablished trust account held under the name of at least one among the lineal descendant customers of the first generation customer in the event of the death of the first generation customer.
