The present invention provides an organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting display device comprises: a planarization layer located on a substrate; at least two pixel electrodes located on at least two pixel regions respectively on the planarization layer; an insulation layer located between one pixel electrode and another pixel electrode on the planarization layer, and having no step to the pixel electrodes; and an organic layer located on the pixel electrodes. Therefore, the organic light emitting display device increases light emitting efficiency and durability.
