PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus which prevents transmission from being faulted by band control or the like in a network.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a communication apparatus having: means for acquiring a first usage bandwidth that is a bandwidth to be used by the communication apparatus; negotiation means for performing a negotiation using information corresponding to the first usage bandwidth for a transmission rate when communicating with another communication apparatus connected with the communication apparatus via a network; means for acquiring a second usage bandwidth as a negotiation result of the negotiation means; and communication means for transmitting data to the other communication apparatus according to the information on the second use bandwidth at a transmission rate lower than the transmission rate using the first usage bandwidth. |
