The present invention relates to a charging crane for a refinery, which opens a lower fame of a container without requiring force of a worker to release content like raw ore carried in a container body, thereby enhancing loading and unloading work safety. The present invention comprises: a motor generating rotational power; a wire drum connected to the motor; a lower wire rope and an upper wire rope wound around the wire drum; a lower beam sheave distributing load applied to the lower wire rope when the container is wound-lifted or wound-lowered; an upper beam sheave distributing load applied to the upper wire rope when the container is wound-lifted or wound-lowered; an opening and closing drum around which the upper wire rope having been passed through the upper beam sheave is wound; an upper beam connected to the upper beam sheave; a lower beam connected to the lower beam sheave; the container body connected to the upper beam and forming a release hole on a lower surface; and a lower container frame connected to the lower beam and forming a protruding unit for opening and closing the release hole of the container body. |
