The present invention discloses an air filter frame. The air filter frame according to the present invention comprises a first unit frame and a second unit frame which are successively disposed in a widthwise direction of the air filter. Each of the first unit frame and the second unit frame comprises a filter contact surface, and bent portions formed on a side opposite to the filter contact surface at the front and rear ends. A pair of first L brackets are formed on the rear bent portion of the first unit frame toward a rearward direction, and a pair of second L brackets which engage with the pair of first L brackets are formed on the front bent portion of the second unit frame toward a forward direction. A guide plate which protrudes into a space formed between the pair of first L brackets and the pair of second L brackets is formed on the rear bent portion of the first unit frame or the front bent portion of the second unit frame. According to the present invention, the time for which an introduced urethane liquid remains in a gap is extended by the guide plate formed on a connection part between the unit frames, and thus a high sealing effect can be achieved by a minimum amount of operation. Furthermore, a reinforcing mesh is coupled to the frames without separation, and thus the reinforcing mesh can be prevented from being deformed and separated in spite of high wind pressure. |
