The present invention relates to a method of preparing flame retardant aqueous soft urethane foam and a thermal insulation panel, the method including the following steps: preparing a resin mixture mixed with polyol, water, a foam stabilizer, and other additives; preparing a primary mixture by mixing and heating 70 to 80 wt% of pure water, 10 to 15 wt% of silica(SiO_2), 4 to 6 wt% of crab powder or shell powder; and 18-22 wt% of a surfactant with respect to the weight of the resin mixture; preparing a secondary mixture by mixing 15 to 20 wt% of aluminum hydroxide powder(Al(OH)_3), 5 to 10 wt% of zinc-borate powder, 7 to 12 wt% of triethyl phosphate (TEP) in liquid phase, 10 to 15 wt% of polyphosphate (P2O_5_nH_2O)(n is a natural number) with respect to the weight of the resin mixture; preparing a final mixture by mixing the primary mixture, the secondary mixture, and the resin mixture to perform stirring at a temperature of 30 to 50°C for 5 to 10 minutes; and spraying with a ratio 1: 1 to 1: 2 of the final mixture and MDI-based isocyanate that are reaction agents. |
