摘要 A secondary battery fuse of an active motion type is provided to be connected to a secondary battery used for charging and discharging an electronic device, to cut off power upon an abnormal current by detecting a resistance in order to prevent accidents such as fire and explosion. According to the present invention, the secondary battery fuse comprises: a ceramic substrate of a rectangular shape placed on one side of the secondary battery; a paste circuit applied as a paste type to detect the abnormal current of the secondary battery on an inner side of an upper surface of the ceramic substrate by an active motion type; a heating paste film of a film shape attached to control a heat value and the resistance on the upper surface of the paste circuit; and a low melting point metal plate of a rectangular shape to be broken in case of an overcurrent by detecting an abnormal resistance by connecting to the paste circuit. The ceramic substrate provided with the paste circuit and the paste film is able to detect the abnormal current such as an overvoltage, an overcharge, and an overdischarge, by the active motion type, to form the circuit conveniently on a working site without soldering which is conventionally used, to minimize a fuse size without a large volume of an insulation layer which is conventionally used, to be conveniently manufactured on the working site by not requiring a difficult process for forming the insulation layer, and to prevent damage to the secondary battery caused by the overvoltage.
