The present invention relates to a method for repairing or reinforcing a concrete structure which includes a step of arranging a ceiling, a step of installing anchor, a step of installing a ceiling stiffener, a step of installing a profile, and a step of filling mortar in order to repair or reinforce the ceiling of a concrete structure, wherein in the step of installing a profile, the profile is cut into several parts to have a predetermined size and end portions of the cut profiles are inserted and mounted into grooves of a connection member in a longitudinal direction using a coupling device. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a method for repairing or reinforcing a concrete structure which includes a step of arranging a floor, a step of installing an anchor, a step of installing a floor stiffener, a step of installing a profile, a step of sealing a gap between right and left side walls of the profile and the concrete structure and opened front and rear sides of the profile and the concrete structure, and a step of filling mortar fin order to repair or reinforce the ceiling of a concrete structure, wherein in the step of installing a profile, a hook of a clip inserted into a floor stiffener is fitted and mounted to an iron part between the neighboring profiles and the profiles are extended and mounted in the longitudinal direction of the concrete structure such that concave-convex parts of the profiles face the floor. The method for repairing or reinforcing a concrete structure according to the present invention is easy to construct, and can reduce a construction period of time because there is no need to frequently move heavy machine equipment.
