The present invention relates to an airbag apparatus for a vehicle which comprises: an airbag cushion; an inflator installed so as to eject gas to an insertion port formed in the airbag cushion; a clamp provided to fix the inflator from the outside of the airbag cushion; and a bracket which is mounted in the inflator when installing the inflator in the airbag cushion, and inserted into the insertion port and installed together. The airbag apparatus for a vehicle is capable of preventing escape of the inflator from the airbag cushion by tightening the inflator and the bracket to the airbag cushion with the clamp, and thus gas is normally introduced from the inflator to force the airbag cushion to be normally expanded, thereby protecting passengers. |
