Disclosed is a titanium tetrachloride refining apparatus. The titanium tetrachloride refining apparatus comprises: a raw material storage tank member accommodating titanium tetrachloride (TiCl_4) to be refined; a refining reactor member able to heat the titanium tetrachloride supplied from the raw material storage tank member; a separation column member able to separate a foreign substance in the titanium tetrachloride heated in the refining reactor member; a condensation member condensing the titanium tetrachloride in which the foreign substance was separated in the separation column member; a refining tank member accommodating the titanium tetrachloride condensed in the condensation member; and a vacuum forming member depressurizing the raw material storage tank member, the refining reactor member, the separation column member, the condensation member and the refining tank member so that the titanium tetrachloride can be treated under the condition of reduced pressure in the raw material storage tank member, the refining reactor member, the separation column member, the condensation member and the refining tank member. The titanium tetrachloride refining apparatus comprises the raw material storage tank member, the refining reactor member, the separation column member, the condensation member, the refining tank member and the vacuum forming member. Accordingly, each component of the titanium tetrachloride refining apparatus can be depressurized, and titanium tetrachloride can be refined under the condition of reduced pressure. Therefore, the boiling point of titanium tetrachloride or the like can be reduced so titanium tetrachloride can be refined while energy consumption is reduced, e.g. heating energy is reduced. |
